Yan Swanson heard our need for more volunteers at EFN’s Mother Earth Farm and stepped up! She is a relatively new addition to our volunteer team at the farm, after learning about EFN through her workplace, Columbia Bank. She has volunteered 15 hours over the past few months caring for rows of produce that will be distributed out to our neighbors in need. Yan often brings her son along to volunteer with her, and they make a great weeding team!

She likes to volunteer at EFN’s Mother Earth Farm to enjoy the outdoors since she is often working inside. What a great way to enjoy nature while making a positive change in the community. Thanks Yan!
