Sort, Pack, Stack

At the Sort, Pack, Stack volunteers sort through food donations, separate the food into categories, check for damage, and pack it up to go out to Pierce County food banks. Once the food is packed up it’s ready for distribution to our neighbors in need.

No experience is necessary to volunteer. EFN staff is on site to provide training and oversight. Volunteers will need to be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be able to bend over to get cans of food out of bins. The minimum age to volunteer at the Sort, Pack, Stack is 18. Space is limited and registration is required.
